A soft, high-hydration dough of type 00 flour, water, salt and yeast; a short bake at around 485°C in a wood-fired oven; and restraint with the toppings. The result is a thin, pliable base with a puffed, leopard-spotted rim — eaten with a knife and fork in Naples, folded in half everywhere else.

It is meant to be. A true Neapolitan base is thin and tender in the middle with the structure in the rim. If it were crisp all the way through it would have spent too long in the oven and the mozzarella would have split.

Yes. The Marinara is vegan as it comes, and any pizza can be made without mozzarella. A gluten-free base is available on every pizza for a small supplement — though it is prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat flour, so we cannot call it coeliac-safe.

Most orders are with you in 30 to 45 minutes within our delivery radius around Mira Road (about 8 km). You will see a live status for your order from the moment it is confirmed until it leaves the pizzeria.

Please do. Choose pickup at checkout and we will have it boxed at the pass at your chosen time. Collected pizza is always at its best — you are eating it minutes out of the fire.

Yes, provided the pizza has not gone into the oven. Call us straight away and we will sort it out. Once it is in the fire, ninety seconds later it exists, and we cannot un-bake it.

We deliver within roughly 8 km of our Husna Plaza kitchen in Mira Road — covering much of Mira-Bhayandar and nearby neighbourhoods inside that radius. Enter your address at checkout to confirm; if you are outside the zone, pickup is always available.

Tables are mostly first come, first served. We will happily reserve for groups of six or more — call the pizzeria and ask for the floor manager.

Street parking is available around Naya Nagar and Husna Plaza. Evenings after eight are usually easier.

We are open every day from 6:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The wood-fired oven runs through service — call ahead if you are planning a larger group.
