Placing an order
An order is confirmed when you receive an order number, not when payment is submitted. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, if the delivery address falls outside our radius, or if we cannot verify the contact details provided.
Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes as itemised at checkout. Delivery is charged at a flat rate and waived on qualifying orders. Prices may change, but never after your order is confirmed.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles wheat flour, dairy, egg, nuts and fish. We list known allergens against every dish and take reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee any dish is free from traces. If you have a severe allergy, please call the pizzeria before ordering.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates given in good faith and can be affected by weather and traffic. If nobody is available at the address and we cannot reach you by phone after fifteen minutes, the order is treated as delivered.
