What we collect
To take an order we need your name, phone number, email address and, for delivery, your address. If you create an account we also store your saved addresses, order history and any products you mark as favourites.
We record basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit so we can keep the site fast and secure. We do not build advertising profiles.
How we use it
Your details are used to prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, and to keep a record for accounting and refunds.
We will only send you marketing messages if you have explicitly asked for them, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
Delivery partners receive only the information required to bring your order to your door. Payment providers handle card details directly; we never see or store your full card number.
We do not sell personal data to anyone, for any purpose.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax law. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it, at which point it is removed within thirty days except where we are legally required to retain it.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time. Write to ciao@stoneandcrust.in and we will respond within thirty days.
